You can save your shopping cart and return later to make changes or complete your order. This feature will save you time from having to enter in your order again on future visits.
There is no minimum order. Sales Tax for Arizona residents only, and shipping is calculated using zip codes and Fed Ex rates and added to the total order at check out.
Out of Stock Items
Many items that are listed as out of stock can be special ordered. If you need a specific item, send an email to email@example.com with the quantity needed and date of the party. We will respond back if the item can be ordered and shipped in time for your party/event.

I accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or PayPal. Credit card must be in the buyer’s name. If not, a PayPal payment request will be emailed to you for payment. You do not have to be a member or have an account with PayPal, simply input credit card information for processing.
I do my best to ship out orders within 1 – 2 days of payment. Unless verbally agreed to, same day shipping is not available. If an item is out of stock, or not enough in stock to fill your order, then it may take longer, however an email will be sent out to advise on the status of your order. If there is no response to email or phone contact, I will ship your order with a substitute item unless specified to not send substitutes. International orders are subject to customs and will take 1 – 2 weeks for delivery.
Any orders with a ship to address other than the sold to address will need verbal and written authorization to ship to the alternative address prior to shipping. This is to protect both customers and The Zoo Factory, LLC from fraudulent use of credit cards. We appreciate your understanding.
International orders are shipped by USPS Priority International or First Class. If International shipping is not selected, your order will not ship until the shipping difference is paid. A new invoice and Pay Pal money request will be emailed to you. International orders are usually two times the cost of in state shipping charges. Because customs may take longer, please allow 2- 4 weeks for delivery.
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase made from The Zoo Factory. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days for a full refund less shipping. Please call 866-993-3325 for Return Authorization Number. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages sent. I recommend insuring the parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a traceable method. Please include your name, address and telephone number and the reason you are returning the item inside the returned box. A refund to your account will be made once product has been received. If you are wanting to return unused animals, the same process above applies, however a credit to be used on further orders will be issued. Orders that are refused when delivered, and returned to The Zoo Factory by the shipper, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once order is received, a credit to your credit card will be made for the returned items less the shipping charges. Situations that fall out of this policy are if the order gets lost, or does not arrive on time, which is the “date needed” listed on the order.
The The Zoo Factory, LLC will not disclose information about you to any third party. We do not sell or rent user information to anyone. The Zoo Factory, LLC does not have access to any other site information and neither do other sites have access to ours. We do not contact customers unless requested by those individuals inquiring about our products or services.
Tracking Your Order
You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your basic shipping information. Click here to track your order.
The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.
