Most orders are processed and shipped 1-2 days after order is received (not counting the date of order). (shipping time doesn't count the day I ship). Please order at least 1 week prior to your event to ensure time to process and ship. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, I will contact you and give you the option of a replacement animal or having it placed on back order.
During November & December, please allow extra time for delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duty and taxes, which are the customers responsibility.
International orders are shipped by USPS Priority International. If International shipping is not selected, your order will not ship until the shipping difference is paid. A new invoice and Pay Pal money request will be emailed to you. International orders are usually two times the cost of in state shipping charges. Because customs may take longer, please allow 4 weeks for delivery. For security purposes, orders are shipped to order address and not an alternative name or address without prior written authorization.
We ship from Arizona by USPS or FedEx, calculated by weight and shipping zip code. Orders shipped USPS Express must be signed for per USPS. If you are not at home to sign and a note is left for attempted delivery, you will need to contact the Post Office for redelivery or pick it up. USPS will NOT reimburse costs of shipping if you are not home to accept delivery, therefore, please watch for your delivery or call the post office and pick up your order the day it is scheduled for delivery. The Zoo Factory, LLC is not responsible for reimbursing shipping costs when you are not home to sign for the order.
